How does booking and payment work?
Simply choose your route via All Routes page or take a look at our Door-to-Door Services. Disposal Car and Driver or Tours add to cart and from Cart page , press CheckOut , fills the “Billing Details’ and all required boxes , then you can choice you category car , add additional points of interest along the way by following the booking instructions provided on screen. It’s a simple, easy, and fun way to book your next adventure! You can pay in advance via Paypal/credit card , Bank Transfer or directly in cash to driver , following your trip.
What’s included in the price? Are there any additional fees?
The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for our services. However, optional third party activities such as tours or attraction fees are not included in the price. Rest assured there will be no surprise or additional fees from Private Driver.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or send us an email including you booking number , you route and your name. We understand that travel plans can change and we currently don’t charge a fee for cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure. We will refund you via PayPal within 48 hours after your cancellation.
